A fantastic opportunity to live in one of the most sought after destinations in central Brisbane awaits at an unbeatable weekly rate. The only reason I am moving out of this beautiful apartment in Kangaroo Point that I share with a great couple of fellow Scots is due to the fact i am unfortunately moving back to the Scotland in June otherwise i would be staying for good. These are the features of the room and apartment as a whole. This very spacious room on the 8th floor of 19 Thorn Street consists of a double bed 2 large slide mirrored wardrobes with access to an extremely large balcony to the front which works its way around a quarter of the building acting as an amazing sun trap on sunny days which you can enjoy with privacy and offers great waterfront and city views. There is also a small balcony to the side which looks onto the street below. Ideal if you are a smoker. You will pretty much have your own large shower/bathroom as the other room has an en suite which obviously only gets used by the couple who i live with. There is a very generous comfortable living area with couches coffee table and television flanked by an open plan kitchen with all the trimmings such as cooker microwave washing machine dryer dishwasher etc. When you take the elevator down to the bottom floor you will then have acces to a gym and swimming pool.To top it off the perfect location of the apartment allows you to either walk to the city or take a 5 minute stroll to the Mowbray Street pier where you can catch the City Cat into the heart of the city centre. This really is a fantastic apartment and as I mentioned before I am devastated to be moving out. I will require $800 bond (my share of the overall bond) and one weeks rent paid up front. $185.00. Electricity/Gas bills are paid quarterly and are very reasonable. You will also have to be approved by the landlord (i have the relevant paperwork) and also meet the couple who you will be living with as this will be the best thing to do for all concerned. Please contact me either by mobile or email.I look forward to hearing from you.Billy Morin.
