The unit consists of a large lounge dining area and kitchen with a large balcony with laundry and a seperate toilet and bath/shower. Located in a central area with the convenience of buses citycat ferry and IGA supermarket. Only 5 – 10 minutes to the city by ferry or bus and 2 minute walk to Shafston College. Ideally suited for a student but all welcome to inspect.
