The room is quite good in size can fit a queen size bed with bed side tables on both sides and has a built in wardrobe. Nice modern two level apartment with large courtyard off back. Only one bathroom although has a second toilet down stairs.The rest of the house is fully furnished.I would prefer someone between the ages of 25-30 and not a couple.About me I am 26 years old… i work in the city Monday-Friday I am pretty mellow through the week although enjoy a few cheeky wines here and there. Am pretty sociable over the weekends and like getting down the coast as much as i can. Looking for someone that is clean and isnt the sort of person that will hide away in their room. Someone easy going that is used to sharing accommodation
