Close to the CBD and only 5 minute walk to Mowbray Park ferry terminal it is ideal for commuting to and from the city.The room on offer comes furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed. It boasts large sliding mirrored wardrobes with loads of storage space. It also has sliding doors which open onto a spacious balcony with a tremendous view. Air Conditioning to the room is controlled from a master system in the living room. A fan has also been provided.The successful applicant will have their own shower / bathroom full access to the kitchen washing machine tumble dryer etc as well as unlimited Internet connection and Foxtel in the living room which is reflected in the utilities price.As you can see from the photos our apartment is very smart. Kept neat and tidy at all times with any mess made cleaned up and we would expect our new flatmate to follow suit. Smoking is allowed only outside.Parking is permitted and readily available outside the apartment in a safe street.Ideally we would encourage working professionals to apply between the ages of 21 – 35.
