ABOUT THE HOUSEOur beautiful Queenslander house has been recently renovated with a modern kitchen with gas and plenty of space to move around in. Its polished wooden floorboards throughout and theres aircon in main area.Theres a massive modern wooden deck out the back which is awesome for entertaining including a fan and BBQ for summer! It looks out over the backyard which has a shed for extra storage.Theres an adorable friendly dog at the house as well – and if you have a dog too its no problems to have two!ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLDThere are three rooms – a guy in one a girl in the other. Were looking for a friendly and easy to live with couple to join us in this great spot!The room is available IMMEDIATELY.ABOUT THE ROOMThe room is lovely with high ceilings polished wooden floorboards and inbuilt cupboards with hanging space. Its in great condition. It can easily fit a double bed and some extra furniture. LOCATIONWere located in an awesome location in Kangaroo Point. Four different bus routes surround us in each direction within minutes the Woolloongabba Bus Station is 10minutes up the road and the Mowbray Park Citycat stop is also just a 10minute walk away.To save money on transport its easy to walk to the city in 40 mins and South Bank in 20mins (both enjoyable walks with a great view) and up Main Street to the valley in 30mins.Across the road is a massive park which the house looks out over. It also has a dog park which is directly across the road and some gym equipment.The Pineapple Hotel is at the end of the street the Shaftston Hotel is around the corner and lots of other places nearby.
