Our house is a very basic Queenslander workers cottage definately not flash. We can help you out with some furniture if you need. kitchen and bathroom are very basic but everything you need is there. Theres a nice Hardwood Deck in the back yard under shady trees. Great Location opposite a Park and close to the City. Walking distance to Buses and Ferries. The house does need renovating and we are doing it a bit at a time. Im not talking it up as I dont want to give a false impression but we do luv our quirky little house. We have 1 large bedroom available with a queen size bed and a large desk in it. Rent is $180 per week or $270 for a couple. If you have your own bed or furniture we can take the existing stuff out.Internet is connected and included in the price with a WiFi wireless modem router. Electricity and water are included. A bond of 4 weeks rent is also required. The house has a very large fridge freezer a dishwasher and Lounge and Dining furniture. Your housemates are Cassi Rose and Tim.
