The room is unfurnished with own bathroom and large built in wardrobe. The room is a good size – able to fit in a queen size bed with room for other furniture. The unit is mostly furnished with all the basics (lounge fridge washing machine) but there is room for more furniture (eg dining table). Im looking for someone over 25 male or female employed professional who is easy going good natured and clean. Bills/utilities are not included in the rent.
