The house is situated in a secure gated complex. The room has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom as well as a tranquil deck overlooking the bush and river. It comes furnished (queen size bed,side tables and tall set of drawers) and with linen or bring your own. The second room has a built in wardrobe and an en suite with a shower/bath.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and has all mod cons including A/C, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, BBQ and espresso machine (not to mention the AV entertainment). Within walking distance of a myriad of restaurants in the West End or the galleries of South Bank. Bus service to the city 3 is minutes walk.

You will be sharing this beautiful home with two busy, friendly professionals; one male and one female (who is moving overseas in late November). A 12 year old boy comes to stay on Wednesdays and every other weekend. With all occupants having their own room and bathroom, privacy is assured, yet the open plan living, dining and deck areas enable entertainment and interaction. This is a very relaxing place to come home to and to recharge in. Nestled on a steep bank at tree-top level amongst the gums but only metres from the water, it feels more like a resort.

Other bills (electricity) are shared. High speed cable broadband is also available for sharing, if you wish.Alternatively $270 inclusive.

On street parking available, with one carport spot at the door available at the end of November and is available for an extra $10 per week.
