Hey there- I am a 28 year old professional female, who has recently moved into a great house in Greenslopes. The house is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with polished wooden floors throughout. There is a fantastic, modern, covered deck out the back, and a huge yard which is beautiful and leafy, so the house is well set up for entertaining. The kitchen is newly renovated, and the house has a really nice homely feel. The bathroom is also clean and modern. The house is fully furnished with modern furniture (Nick Scali/Ikea), and Foxtel is provided. There is a washing machine and dryer for use as well. There is a double lock up garage and extra storage space under the house which is fully secure.

A little about me… I work full-time, pretty usual hours on Mondays to Fridays. I am a bit of a home body during the week, but do enjoy socialising on weekends with friends and family, and my boyfriend. I’m pretty easy going to live with, and I am pretty clean, so the kitchen and bathroom are always spotless I think I am pretty easy going and easy to get along with and have done really well in various share houses previously. I am usually quite active and enjoy exercising throughout the week and weekends, but equally love my down time.

I also have a dog, a large breed, who is a big sook and is very friendly. She doesn’t bark or cause any issues, so she is really nice to have around. Usually once or twice a week, my boyfriend will also come to stay, and he has a dog as well who comes along, who is also a pleasure to have around. On weekends I enjoy socialising, exercising, going out for breakky and dinner, and a few glasses of wine. I’m certainly not a party animal though and am always respectful of noise late at night. During the week and often on weekends I also spend time away at my boyfriends house, and take my dog with me. So you would also get some time to yourself.

The room that is available- there is a choice of two rooms. Both are big enough to fit a double bed and probably a chest of drawers. Each has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. One of the rooms has a window with a nice, high view, the other has a window looking over the back yard. Because the rooms aren’t huge, they would probably best suit a FIFO or DIDO worker. But anyone is welcome to come and have a look.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and easy to live with, who is fairly clean and respectful of the shared space, and someone who doesn’t mind dogs, and also the occasional glass of wine. I don’t mind male or female, and ideally would like someone between their mid 20′s to mid 30′s.
