Hi everyone, my names Lauren and I am planning on moving out with a close friend in the next 2 months so I have a lovely big room available in the heart of stone’s corner.

My housemates are great! Theres Alison who is a fulltime student at Griffith, and her partner Cohen who works full time aswell as Mark who also works fulltime. They are super friendly and great to talk to! Since theres already 2 guys living here, we are looking for another girl to even things out

The room I am leaving is fantastic, its really big, i fit a double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers, a fridge etc with room to spare! (Ignore my messy room in the pictures lol) It also comes with a massive built in wardrobe! The room also has a fan.

You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person (Mark) as there are 2 bathrooms in this place and Ally and Cohen share the other.

Everything is already provided in this place! Theres a fridge, washing machine, lounge, dining table etc. All you need is furnishings for your room. If you are in need of a bed I am contemplating leaving the double bed here, its practically new, so let me know if your in need of a bed and i can sell it to you for a super cheap price!

We have high speed internet which only costs $5 each a week. Electricity and water together come to around $5-$8 a week which is really great! Its a 2 story place so bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and the lounge/dining room, laundry room, kitchen and another toilet are downstairs. There is a clothes line out back.

Alison does have a gorgeous black cat called veridy so you would have to be ok with cats

This is such a great location for anyone that works in the city or studies at UQ as the Stones corner busway is literally a 1 minute walk down the road, in fact its on our street! Buses run into the city and UQ every 15 minutes! Also that Langlands park busway is just down the road in the opposite direction.

I dont know the exact date when this room is available as I am planning to move out around the last week of july however the room could potentially be available from around the 25th May if needed as I can just move in with my Grandma while I sort out my next move with my friend!

Bond is $350
