Three young laid-back professionals (two of which are a couple) looking for an awesome flatmate for the third bedroom. Were easy-going pretty quiet during the week and keep the place tidy. Wed be hoping for someone that is social and doesnt take things too seriously. Wed prefer someone who has previously lived independently.Were offering a good-sized room with balcony built-ins plenty of privacy. Will be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant. Note that the room is unfurnished. Theres a lockup garage downstairs but its quite full at the moment. We may be able to make room for a car if absolutely required!The house itself is fully furnished with a dishwasher air conditioner clothesline. Close proximity to main busway train line to the city and a large shopping complex. Were also close to the pubs bars and cafes in Stones Corner.The current lease runs until May 2011 however well most likely be renewing it. Room to become available towards the end of January.
