Hi there Im looking for someone who is pretty easy going but likes to keep the place tidy. I am an early starter during the week so would need someone who is either the same or is very quiet later in the nights. In the weekends Im easy and enjoy a few drinks if that it whats happening. I work in the city as an IT Professional and also spend a number of weekends down the coast with family.The complex is right next to Fairfield Gardens which includes a Coles supermaket and other shops and takeaways. The Fairfield train station is 2 minute walk away tops so very handy with only a 15 min trip into the city. Telstra Cable Broadband internet (very fast) and Foxtel are connected. The apartment comes fully furnished. You will have the master bedroom with your own ensuite double built in waldrobe and the furniture included in the picture (including Queen Bed). If you have your own bedroom furniture that should be ok too just need to find a home for the stuff that comes with the place. I dont have a car so you would be welcome to use the car park that comes with the place.Look forward to hearing from youKarl
