Professional friendly housemate needed for a modern Kangaroo Point unit. My room is available to rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor unit. Unit is located in a quiet location with public transport within walking distance (bus, ferry). IGA, bottle shop, Shafton hotel all across the road. And the Gabba is in walking distance also!
The unit is funrished and has aircon in loungeroom/dining room, large outside area with bbq and outdoor seating. The room available is unfurnished and has mirrored built in wardrobe with ceiling fan and secure sliding door opening up to the outside area. You will have the bathroom to yourself as the main has a en suit. Apartment has secure locking and has parking underneath the apartment block.
You will be sharing with a friendly laid back professional who is 30, she likes to chill out and unwind during the week and is social over the weekends. I am moving back to Sydney for work opportunities and will really miss it here!!

Rent is $220 a week and bond will be a months rent. Bills split between both every quarter. The lease is up end of next January..
