Require 1 housemate to join two geeky types in our 4 bedroom house in East Brisbane.

Rent is $110/wk.

We are both smokers, I work full time and the other housemate is on the pension. We also have a cat and keep marine fish.

The house is an large, old queenslander style house, but with two recently renovated bathrooms and a new kitchen. The room for rent is 12ft by 12ft with a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

We’re looking for someone who can pay their bills, respects other housemates and lives clean.

We have a large back yard, built in laundry and under-house storage available.

Public transport is less than a minute’s walk for buses, ferries are a 5 minute walk and we’re very close to the supermarket, bottle-o, post office and pharmacy.
