Gday. With one house mate departing for europe our house the heath needs a person to fill a room within East Brisbane. The house is situated in an awesome location with shops bus post office etc just 2 mins away ferry 5 mins away and a park across the road. Plenty of parking and storage underneith in lock up area. The room will be unfurnished with a ceiling fan and window measuring approx 3x4m. The house has high ceilings and timber floors throughout with an underhouse storage/rec area and two bathrooms. Rest of the house is fully furnished with setup kitchen lounge room and even a pool table with beer fridge down stairs. Hills hoist out the back with gardens throughout the yard. Jenna is a 23 year worker who runs a small production company on the side. She enjoys cooking and any arts or production events. Myself wade am a 20 year old student and part time worker. I enjoy anything motorbike or cars and spend alot of time on a property in NSW. We are different in almost every way but get on great and there never seems to be any problems that cant be fixed easily. We are both social enjoy having some beers and a cook up on the bbq with a few friends. $170 a week covers rent broadband internet (get about 1.1MB a sec) electricity and water. Usually have some money left over that goes towards a case or some food for a cook up. If this sounds like what your after dont hesitate and give a ring or email.
