We have two rooms available furnished or unfurnished inc bills and internet for $170 unfurnished or $180 furnished. if they both go furnished one has a doulbe bed with a very comfy materess and the other will have a corner couch with sofa bed we wont charge that room as furnished they are both large rooms with only one bathroom between them greg and i have a bathroom downstairs. MUST LIKE CHILDREN! as we have a seven month old baby bub has a room downstairs with us and during the night if your door is closed you wont hear a peep i cant hear her throughout the day unless i use a baby moniter. (sleeps great at night!) both rooms are large one has ceiling fan and door to bathroom other has no fan but door to front verandah. first in gets first choice! we are very easy going people but do like to keep a clean home. and also have flatmates who dont mind emptying the dishwasher now and then the room in the picture will only have a bed and bedside table in it im waiting for my current flatmate to move out so i can move my office. and the other large bedroom is currenlty taken till 6th march and hes untidy (hence the reason weve asked him to leave) so i havnt taken a photo of that room. i also havnt taken a photo of the bathroom like i said hes a bit grubby ill give it a major clean when hes gone.
