My house is a cute little Queenslander in Annerley, which is super close to the city. It’s also conveniently located near 3 major hospitals (Mater, PA and Greenslopes). Shops, buses, train, highway, Clem7 tunnel and Green Bridge to UQ all nearby.

You’ll be sharing with me and my friendly cat. I work full time and like to do normal suburban activities such as reading, cooking, drinking wine, dancing and catching up with friends. I prefer not to live in party house, unless you are French in which case I may excuse you.

The house has polished floors throughout, the room has french doors opening onto the enclosed sunroom. There is another door and one window. I have a single bed which you would be welcome to use if need be.

The house is fully furnished with all my stuff. There is heaps of room underneath for storage if needed. The kitchen is big and good if you’re into cooking (no dishwasher though). I’ve got a washing machine downstairs. All the neighbours are nice.
