The room is clean & modern with your own bathroom, walk in robe, ceiling fan, desk and chair, queen sized bed, shelves and all linen is supplied. The room comes FULLY FURNISHED and there is limited storage available beyond the walk in robe.

The townhouse has a lovely tropical garden and is extremely spacious and is fully furnished with all mod cons. I have a gardener come in every month and a weekly cleaner who does the basics (however day to day cleaning is still required.

The location has fantastic access to public transport (zone 2 to the city) with trains and multiple regular buses and an excellent local shopping precinct on the doorstep so you dont need a car.

The rent includes all utilities, gardener, cleaner, undercover off street parking ($20 per week discount to rent if this isnt required – but there is limited off street parking)

I ‘m a friendly easy going mature professional woman who likes to lead a quiet life. My interests are dancing, diving, reading, community work and photography. I also have two cats – a cheeky 7 month old neutered ginger tom called Banjo and a desexed 4 year old timid Russian Blue.
