One bedroom available in a huge downstairs grannyflat sharing with Katrina and one cat called Misha. The room available is furnished though if not needed the furniture can be stored. Electricity cost is split with Katrina and works out to be about $7 per week and you would have to organise internet with Katrina. Gas for cooking and hot water is included. It has a big kitchen with a large shared fridge freezer. Previous tennants have always liked living in this flat as it has a great living space and is cool in summer and warm in winter and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the garden is great for a bbq or morning coffee. Katrina is friendly considerate and professional person who is looking for a likewise female to share with (or mature minded uni student).
