Room available in a happy house at Annerley. Your flatmates include a girl 24 and a guy 29 (not a couple). The townhouse is modern and very new – only lived in for a few months. The place is fully furnished except for your bedroom. We share the cooking and cleaning – but all good if you want to do your own thing food wise. Were both young and dont mind a drink on the weekends.The location is awesome – at the top of the street is a bus stop (less then 5 minutes walk) which has buses constantly. Its about 10 minutes into the city.
