I am looking to move and I am wanting someone reliable to rent my room.The townhouse is furnished except your bedroom (it has a built in wardrobe).You will be sharing with just one person a nice 27 year old professional male working full time hours.Bills and cleaning are split and there is plenty of road parking.Close to shops public transport and city.After hours inspections can be arranged.
