Hey everyone I am a student at UQ and I have a great townhouse in Annerley. About the house:The townhouse is 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms located in a security-gated complex with intercom. It also features two generous living areas one upstairs (can be used as a large study or second living area) and one combined lounge and dining area downstairs. It also has a large kitchen with a new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Downstairs also features a separate laundry and toilet. The bedrooms available are large enough to fit a double bed and one has a private balcony. These two bedrooms will share the main bathroom (with large shower and separate bath). The house is mostly furnished including a plasma TV and DVD player. However the bedrooms are unfurnished. (If you need furnished rooms please email me and I might be able to organise bedroom furniture. Price: rooms are $135 a week and all bills will be split evenly between us.About me:I am a 19 year old student and I am in my third year of science at UQ. I am fairly quiet but I like chill out or go out some weekends. I love music; especially live music and I try to go to as many concerts as I can. I am looking for easygoing roommates that will I will become friends with. I dont mind if you are male or female as I have lived with both in the past as long as you are a fairly neat person.
