Parks and bike paths are only a hop and a skip away! The house is fully furnished in common areas and has a flat screen TV two fridges freezer washing machine microwave and dishwasher.The house is spread across two levels and is fully air-conditioned with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The large open plan downstairs features Italian tiles throughout and the house has a separate laundry and extra toilet downstairs. Downstairs opens out onto a patio and lovely landscaped and fenced yard with grass that catches both sunny rays and shady breezes and we also have a decent sized clothesline. The garage is used a gym/storage space. An intercom and window locks make downstairs extra secure in this already lovely and placid neighbourhood.The bedroom is reasonably sized fitting a queen easily and has a double door built-in wardrobe. The room has its own air-con with remote and city glimpses out one of the two huge windows (with wooden blinds) that catch a great cross-breeze. A big modern bathroom with bath will be shared with one other.The house is currently called home by one couple and another girl all in mid 20s all working full-time who keep common areas clean and clutter-free and are good friends. We like to grab dinner out together or watch a video once in awhile and have a wine or beer with dinner sometimes.Looking for happy mature easygoing responsible and clean housemate with full-time employment or whom studies with a steady income who has shared previously and would enjoy living in our great house. The place has solar hot-water reducing our electricity bills significantly. We also have a water tank that does for the washing machine and garden.
