Apartment:
A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in the beautiful and central suburb of Annerley. The apartment is only 2 years old, and looks brand new.
It is bright and spacious with an open style kitchen, a sizable living and dining area, and a very comfortable shaded deck.
Included is access to the main bathroom, the laundry room in the main bathroom with a washer and drier, a 42′ flat screen TV, and use of all of the furniture in the living space.

The area is very accessible to the University of Queensland (by bike or by bus), to the greenslopes busway (10 min walk), to the CBD (10 min bus ride), to greenslopes or PA hospital (20 min walk), to grocery stores like woolworths, fruit market, sri lankan/malasian food store, butcher (5mins walk) and to a local gym (5min walk).
This neighbourhood is also very family friendly with a school nearby. It is safe and slower paced, great for students who want to live a little bit outside the hussle and bussle of the city.

Room:
A comfortable sized room with space enough for a book shelf, a study desk and a double bed. Has 2 electrical outlets and a closet behind a sliding mirror.

Cost:
There are three options for renting the room:
1. An unfurnished room with access to the kitchen, living spaces, and the main bathroom at $200/week

2. A furnished room with the same conditions at $250/week

3. All dinners can be included at an extra cost of $80/week

Rent:
Will be paid fortnightly (every 2 weeks). The internet and all utilities are shared.
And the bond is 4 weeks rent.

Tenant:
We are looking for an international student who is clean, quiet and respectful.
