As well as a pool, spa and waterfall feature, there is a sauna that is hand built according to Scandinavian design principles. After a night-time sauna, the owners would swim in the pool, cooling off under the stars.
Another special feature of the sauna is that it is part of a beautiful bathroom, which includes an open double shower. The bathroom also serves tenants who use the massive rumpus room underneath the house.

It has French doors overlooking a garden, another outdoor sitting area, and large ceramic porcelain tiles that cool the area in summer.
The laundry is modern with plenty of storage space and a retractable indoor clothes line.
For those who need a large storage area, like to use tools, and/or enjoy crafts, there is also a large workshop.
