Its in Wilston a small walk from the shops and on the Ferny Grove – Beenleigh trainline so only two stops (Windsor Bowen Hills) to RBWH. It is the biggest room in a new townhouse with an en-suite (shower toilet sink) french double doors leading onto a balcony double wardrobe with 6ft glass sliding doors plenty of storage space. Fans in all bedrooms and ducted air-conditioning. $180 per week utilities are split three ways every quarter for gas and electric. Water is free. Currently two females living here both in the coal mining industry. Jen (Irish 25/26) who lives on a fly in fly out basis so is never here two thirds of the time and my sister Terri (23) who works in Brisbane full time. We all work for the Moultrie Group a geological consultancy firm but Ive been here 15 months living with my sister and I need my own space my own friends so Im hopefully going to move out. That is a double bed in the picture and still enough room either side for a bed side drawer and a chest of drawers. In the house there is a garage open plan lounge dining area and kitchen. All fully equipped with cooker dishwasher and most of the applicances will be left with my sister so we have fridge freezer washer sofa futon spare bed microwave george foreman slow cooker toaster kettle tv etc. Basically you could move in and you wouldnt need to bring much and you could accumulate things as time goes on. Alternatively you could bring all your things and we could move ours out up to you A main bathroom (bath sink shower toilet heated lights fans etc) and a toilet downstairs. If you have a car there is plenty of parking in the drive or on-street. Garage also could be used.
