Hi I have 2 rooms available in Wavell Heights. Its a 2 story 3bed/2bath house with a yard and pool. There is air-con in the bedrooms and built-in wardrobe. Transport gym and shops are close and its only 10min to the city and airport.Im looking for 2 honest friendly professionals to occupy the rooms who are clean and considerate. Shiftworkers are very welcome as I am one myself. I also have a friendly dog who youll get to know very well. Im a social person but also enjoys my own space now an then.Rent includes most bills. Bond is 2 weeks rent and rent can be paid weekly or fortnightly in advance.Would love to hear from you:)
