hi my name is curtis i rent my place out to my brother at the moment he is a 30 year old and lives there with his Girlfriend. this house is a 4 bedroom and 1 study house it has 2 living areas a very large kitchen. all the rooms have a ceiling fan with a sliding door closet. there is a large Patio with an out door setting already there all you really need to move into this home is a bed there is 2 bathrooms 1 in the main bedroom and the other will be a shared one. Im looking at getting $110 per person and then all bills will be split with how many ever people are living there. the Yard is quit large there are 2 x dogs there at the moment very friendly. the house is decked out with 2 large lounges a fridge washing machine dryer and all the little bits and pieces. the whole house is tiles apart from the bedrooms they have carpet. The house is only 4 years old and is kept neat and tidy. Im looking for people to move in ASAP.
