I am extremely young at heart fun loving with a good sense of humour and very social. I have available a room in a large three bedroom Townhouse at Taigum. Close to major shopping centres (Chermside /Taigum) and there is a bus direct to City / Southbank/ Chermside that leaves from across the road. Train station 20-25mins walk or 5 mins drive. Sports club and sports ground next door. A few minutes drive to Gateway Motorway. Room for car and some storage in garage. Entertaining area at rear. $170 per week includes use of internet phone (within Australia) electricity home gym house and entertainment area and some appliances. Must be employed or a student have a good sense of humour clean living neat non-smoker not into drugs and like pets ( I have two cats). I dont have a problem with younger roomies as a lot of my friends are much younger than me however you must respect my privacy. Social drinkers ok. An inspection can be arranged for a weeknight or weekend.
