I have a double storey house and I have the upstairs area to myself with my two children that are with me half the time. The children are well respectfull of other people and their belongings and well behaved most times. I have a room downstairs that Im looking to get a room mate its big enough to fit a queen bed in with cupboards but it has no furniture in it at all. I have photos of the room with my exboyfriends things in it but they are now gone and so is he. There is also a shower and toilet available down there but has the laundry near it which I use. I can give you use of a living area that is huge which you could use as your lounge room and also one of my lock up garages as I have two. My house is in a very good street with friendly neighbours and close to everything in Strathpine.
