Appartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroon in a great location, 5 to 7 mins walking distance to Queen Street Mall and CBD. The apartment is set in nice surroundings with gym, spa and pool. No parking available on site but off street parking is available. We are a professional couple who spend Sunday to Thursday morning in the city and Thursday night to Sunday morning on the Sunshine Coast, so for that part of the week you would have the unit for yourself. Gas and Electricity is included in the weekly fee. There is a private enterance as well as through the loby. Room can be supplied furnished or unfurnished, it does accomodate a double bed.
