Brother (19) and sister (21) looking for one more to join us in our beautiful Spring Hill home. Sam works full-time and Emily studies at UQ as well as working part-time. Were generally pretty quiet during the week and can usually be found on the couch watching TV but were not opposed to a few drinks and a bbq on the back deck on the weekends. I (Emily) work odd hours sometimes so some weeks you might not see me around very much but Im pretty easygoing respectful of others timetables and can sleep/study through any amount of noise so my unusual sleep patterns wont affect anyone else. We like to keep the house reasonably clean but were definitely not neat freaks.The room for rent is at the front of the house with its own private entrance. It has a built in cupboard queen size bed and is carpeted. There are also 2 bedside tables a lamp and maybe a desk available if needed. The rest of the house is also fully furnished including dishwasher flat screen TV washing machine and dryer. There is a small driveway as well as on-street parking.] if you have a car. If not we are 5mins walk from Brunswick St train station and 15-20mins walk from the city (but still in a quiet residential street). Rent is $152 per week paid in advance every fortnight $600 bond (could arrange some kind of payment arrangement). Were looking for someone pretty soon so contact me if youd like to come have a look.
