Location: central to both the CBD & Valley only a 900metre walk. You litrally have everything you need at your fingertips.

Me: extremely easy going & social, Full time professional worker, tend to be quite during the week, work/gym/catch ups with friends. Weekends are all about having fun, big nights out, friends, random trips away.

looking for someone that is reliable with the rent each week, social, and does not mind visitors being around / again the same applies for you, friends are more than welcome =))

will accept couples but rent will be $350 per wk. bond $1200
