- large built-in wardrobe and cupboards (plenty of storage)

SPRINT HILL:
The unit is located just 2 min walk from the city (Adelaide Street, Queen Street, and the river).
And around 5 to 10 minutes walk from Fortitude Valley ( Ann Street, Brunswick Street…).
You are within walking distance to all the shops, bars and pubs!
The location is ideal, and just down the road there is WOOLWORTH supermarket and many shops.
Boundary street is very quiet and is more of a residential aera.

RENT AND BOND:

RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS !
Rent is 140 per person and per week.
Bond is 350 per person.

The room has to be for a couple or two friends!
The owner accept short or long term so backpackers are welcome!
