Sharing the apartment with 4 other people (3 boys 1 girl aged between 21-27) with fully furnished kitchen with washing machine drier dishwasher and living area with cable tv and acces to second shared balcony overlooking the river and Storey Bridge. You also have your own secure car parking space in the building (if you dont have a car you can rent out the space – we currently rent it out for $40-$50 p/w!). Access to on site gym sauna jacuzzi swimming pool all included within rent. Rent is $150 p/w per person or $300 p/w for the room. Ideally looking for a couple as the room has a double bed.
