looking for a friendly, easy going and most importantly trustworthy person to rent out my spare room which is furnished with a bed, side table, bookcase and built in wardrobe. Large enough house where you can always escape to some piece and quiet and also have an outside entertaining area to chill out in and an inground pool if want to go for a swim. There is a shared bathroom upstairs in between 2 bedrooms or you can have a shower all to yourself downstairs if you would like. Do have wifi that you can use as well. Most important you must love animals as i have 2 dogs and 2 cats which are my world. Located within short walk from local shops, train station and bus stops if needed. If interested please let me know ASAP. Only thing not included in price is food but have a big enough fridge where you can have a shelf all to yourself.
