I am a single home owner with one current house mate looking for a second house mate to assist me in paying the mortgage. The house is a 4 bedroom low set home with myself occupying the master bedroom and my flat mate occupying a small room. Available is a large bedroom that is newly renovated with built in wardrobes new paint new carpet and a new ceiling fan. It is quite modern with a red/black/white theme and is quite spacious. Facilities in the house include a washing machine and clothes dryer dishwasher microwave air conditioner 2 large flat screen tvs and a pool/air hockey table. Rent is $150 per week but includes electricity internet and unlimited local STD and national phone calls. You will have no other bills living in this house apart from your weekly rent. Myself and my house mate both work full time and the house is quiet and friendly. I have a small maltese/poodle puppy and do not want any more pets. I am looking for a house mate ASAP preferable gay friendly!!
