The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. Close to Nundah and Northgate train station and very close to the Airport.

Rent is $155, not including bills. The room is medium size, will be unfurnished currently fits a queen size bed. A small built in wardrobe. Will be sharing the bathroom with one other.
