The Apartment is in a unit complex, All living areas are fully furnished, so own bedroom furniture is all that is needed. This medium sized room has a bright fresh interior and carpeted with built-in cupboards and private balcony. As I currently live by myself and have an ensuite, the person that moves in will have sole access to main bathroom apart from the occasional visitor. Nundah Train station is a 4min walk, Toombul Shopping Centre is also within walking distance. Nundah Village houses all you need daily, with Woolworths, Go Health Club etc

Rent is $190 per week – paid fortnightly in advance. Bond also required lodged with the RTA. Shared electricity and water bill. Cleaning of Apartment common areas is shared.
WIFI Internet is included free.

References checks, employment and proof of identity may be required. Sorry no pets.
Tenant will be required to sign the lease. Current Lease is until Feb 2014 Room will be rented out as soon as the right person is found.
