Hi! My name is Bella and I have a room to let in my renovated top floor apartment. The room is a good sized room with built in cupboards (with mirrors) and a small balcony. The apartment is fully furnished (apart from your bed) and has everything you need . There is only 1 bathroom however it is a double bathroom with two sinks and a super sized clean shower. My apartment is in a great location – very close to the airport and close to trains buses 2 shoping centres etc. the train will take you straight into the city/valley in 10 mins. With bills ive generally just split them when they come in.About me – Im a happy friendly and outgoing 27 year old health professional with two jobs and my own business. Im neat I have two lovely cats i enjoy a nice wine (especially if I have a cheese platter to match). Due to my work hours Im not home a lot so you will have a lot of personal space time. Im healthy VERY easy going a non-smoker I enjoy the gym etc. My ideal housemate would be a- non smoker (or at least not at home) between 20 – 35 who is easy going neat and RELAXED! If you are from another town Im happy to show you around etc and help you get to know the place.
