Im renting my bedroom out from 8th Dec – 12th Jan as I will be away.The room has a single bed fan wardrobe and study table. The apartment is fully furnished with a 50in LCD TV couches fridge microwave dishwasher etc. There is 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. Down in the garage we have a washing machine and a clothesline in case it rains.The train station is a 5min walk away and trains are every 5mins in peak times. We also have a village centre that is five mins away that has a woolies and restaurants gym post office etc. 15min walk(5min car)(1 station) away is Toombul shopping centre which is a mall with Coles Aldi Bi-lo Target and cinemas etc.You will be sharing the apartment with a late 20s mature woman who is employed full time so the apartment is yours all morning.Call or email if youre interested and we can iron out any issues.
