Hi there I have an unfurnished room available in my flat (shared bathroom).The kitchen has just been renovated there is a bath in the bathroom carpet throughout air-conditioning in the loungeroom small patio huge living area/ open plan kitchen. The wardrobe is huge with double mirrors and security screens on the door. Im 15 minutes out of the city just around the corner from the train station (Nundah). The neighbours are lovely and Im very close to Nundah Village. I work two jobs and study so im hardly home. I love to cook work-out and chill out at home (when Im home) Im looking for someone who cleans up after themselves pays bills on time and doesnt have mad parties every weekend. Other than that Im friendly and easy going. Im not looking for someone to go on the lease but rather as an pproved occupant. This is just in case things dont work out neither of us are locked into anything. So bond isnt necessary just 2 weeks rent in advance and everything will be recorded and there will be receipts for rent paid.
