Lovely modern furnished self-contained granyflat half the downstairs area of my double-story house. I live alone and would like a mature working person to occupy the grannyflat. The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the area is tiled.
There is a large lounge/dining/kitchenette and separate bedroom and bathroom -double glass door as your own entrance. Off street parking in a quiet cul-d-sac street. The area is treed with lots of parks and close to both train and bus. Nudgee Beach is quite close and the Gateway Arterial motorway takes you to the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast, 1 hour either way. I am easy going and accommodating. I like the occasional wine and a good laugh. I work part-time. Pet considered.
