I have a 2-story brick house with a separate self-contained furnished granyflat available. I would prefer a single working woman over 30 years of age. I live alone in the rest of the house. The area is quiet with lots of trees and parks. Off-road parking although the cul-de-sac has very little traffic. Train and bus are only 2 minutes walk and it is a short drive (5 minutes) to Nudgee Beach. Pet considered. Please contact me if you are interested. Available from 6th February 2010.
