Second room of a modern two bedroom apartment is available from 21st February to live with me a 32 yr old straight professional male.Located in Teneriffe (or South Newstead) in the corner of the third floor of the Nouvelle Aprtments and overlooking the river its a great spot thats close to the Teneriffe ferry and bus stop and only a short walk to James Street and the Valley.Apartment has everything youd want including A/C foxtel and internet (should you need it) and you also get your own bathroom!.Im an easy-going non-smoking sport loving male who isnt looking for a room-hermit or drama-loving flatmate!!Would prefer a guy 25-35 so if you reckon thats you get in touch!!
