Im a professional looking for a person (non-smoker) to share a 3 bedroom apartment right on Brisbane River in Newstead. Im looking for either a male or female whos clean and tidy. Please no couples. My current flatmate is moving to London and there is currently no date set as she is yet to book her flights. But as there is a 3rd bedroom that can always be moved into until she leaves or she is willing to move into a friends place. You will have your own bathroom and theres lock up parking in the garage. Theres also a 3rd bedroom for storage/guest room. The apartment is really spacious with a sizeable balcony overlooking the river. The complex has a pool spa and gym. I have the fridge washing machine and tv. But once my flatmate moves out I will need to organise a lounge and dining set. 2 mins to bus on Breakfast Creek road.Photos to come.
