You have your own private balcony and entrance and own bathroom so there is definitely provacy. There is a large balcony off the living area perfect for entertainment and unwinding. On street parking is available.I keep pretty active – am committed to study and fitness and work more than I should but also enjoy having a good time spending quality time with friends over a homecooked meal and glass of wine.I am looking for someone who is respectful of living in a clean place who is pretty easy going pays rent on time and is happy to occasionally sit down and share a meal/ wine and chat but who can also entertain themselves.If this sounds like something that suits you I would love to hear from you!
