hey one of our housemates is moving out so were looking for someone cool and easy going to move in!close to transport – 199 bus stop is right opposite building 5mins from city $8 cab fare to valley night clubs walking distance to new farm coles and other shops. the apartment is fully furnished and fully airconditioned – you just need to kit out your bedroom with your own furniture. gym sauna and pool in complex.undercover car space.jono and i work pretty long hours but we know how to kick back and have a good time too. weve both been over seas a bit so wed be cool with pretty much any nationality. cheers!dylan
