Were a professional couple in our early 30s with a room available in our lovely apartment from Sunday October 16 until Sunday November 20. The room belongs to our flatmate who is working overseas until then. Its furnished with a queen-size bed and a desk with built-in wardrobes. It has a cool light well and skylight too – the sawtooth windows on the roof are a feature of our heritage Woolstore building. Bills are included in the rent (gas electricity WiFi). The house is comfortably furnished; all you need to bring is your clothes. The building has a gym and outdoor lap pool and overlooks the Brisbane river. Theres public transport across the street and the neighbourhood has loads of amenities.About us: We are quiet clean and houseproud. We love watching geeky TV and loathe watching sport.
