My apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities needed for a guy girl or couple. Just bring your own bedroom furniture and your ready to go. You will have your own bathroom which is right next to your bedroom door and close to the kitchen. There is an available car space which is included in the weekly rental and is secure. I also have Foxtel and internet available. Please note there is no land telephone line available however.About me. I am a fairly quiet person who gets along with everyone. I work quite long hours and when I am home I just like to relax and unwind. I dont smoke and only drink occassionaly. People say I have a good personality and am well house trained.. :)I am looking for a CLEAN and respectful room mate who isnt going to bring home a group of people every second night. I would prefer a person or couple who holds a solid job. I dont want to chase you for rent each week. You also need to be a non smoker sorry.
